  • Conduct routine checks on equipment, including kitchen appliances and machinery, to prevent faults and ensure optimal performance, thus minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Carry out thorough preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas according to a detailed checklist, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Record all jobs completed and make recommendations in the checklist for continuous improvement, promoting a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
  • Report any anomalies discovered during equipment checks to senior personnel, facilitating prompt resolution and minimizing potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the shift engineer to efficiently operate and maintain chilled water plants and hot water systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
