HR Professional Seeking Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support human resource functions.
This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with local employment laws.
The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion while contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
Administer payroll activities, CPF submissions, leave management, and claims processing.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with performance management processes.
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of employee data.
Assist with general office coordination and light administrative duties to support operational functions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Working knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Previous experience in HR role preferred.
