Job Title: Senior Site Operations Coordinator
About the RoleThis is a senior site operations position that requires a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of facility management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our event sites.
You will work closely with our managing agent to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with our team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Pre-Event Planning: Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with our managing agent to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place before each event.
- On-Site Management: Oversee the execution of all events, ensuring that they run smoothly and according to plan. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and implement solutions as needed.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
- Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of organizational skills.
- Certifications: Preferably hold a relevant certification, such as Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert.
