Job Title: Senior Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of project sites, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
