Business Analyst (PMO), ISO20022 – Japanese Speaking

We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to fill a key role within our organization. As part of the PMO, this individual will be responsible for gathering project status updates, documenting project management materials, and communicating progress and issues to stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will consolidate project information from team members, branches, and head office, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project's overall status.
  • They will create and maintain accurate documentation, including project schedules, task lists, issue logs, and other relevant materials.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial in this role, requiring strong written and verbal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems development, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong business analysis or consulting background, particularly in the area of overseas remittance.
  • Experience in global BPR and/or system rollout projects is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
