At Deutsche Bank, we are passionate about our tradition as the Global Hausbank. Our focus is on combining the best of traditional bank treasury solutions with global payment service provider capabilities. We offer a range of products including card acceptance and alternative payment methods, card issuance and wallets, as well as integrated FX and lending workflow solutions for eCommerce and ePOS.
Our Merchant Solutions team is looking for a talented Product Manager to drive and lead product development, develop a world-class product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and manage end-to-end product development. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of payment acceptance and experience in a regional/global corporate bank or cash management business product role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for positioning and messaging product capabilities & delivery roadmaps; align with product/sales commercialisation strategy. They will work with group and country teams to improve product positioning and fulfilment to improve client and internal stakeholders experience.
- Gather and Manage product feedback through surveys from Market research and intelligence Feedback to Product Design, monitor, and report on critical KPIs.
- Identify, Validate, and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required.
- Manage multiple stakeholder requirements and determine how this feeds back to the product roadmap and backlog.
Voice of the customer and Demand-gen marketing campaigns to develop and implement strategies for Merchant Solution products. Identify Local Business practices and requirements w.r.t markets identified for Merchant Solution APAC Expansion.
