About the Role
This position is a crucial part of driving successful hiring outcomes and contributing to NTT DATA's overall growth and success in APAC and Japan. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Manages candidate sourcing efforts using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Implements candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Guides on setting up and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring it is streamlined, efficient, and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition Technology: Stays updated on recruitment technology trends and leverages relevant tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Acts as an ambassador for NTT DATA's employer brand promoting its values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Continuous Improvement: Drives continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position, and to advise on the best method to fill the position for best long-term business results.
- Vendor Management: Manages external recruiting vendors effectively and independently.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition professional who can drive our recruitment strategy forward. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in talent acquisition across APAC and Japan, ideally in the Data Center industry or related industries.
Requirements
- Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition across APAC and Japan, ideally in the Data Center industry or related industries.
- Proven track record in talent sourcing through various channels and candidate assessment behavioral and competency-based interviews, and implementing best practices to achieve a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Advanced background in developing and executing talent acquisition plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM.
- Ability to develop and analyze relevant KPIs to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year depending on your experience and qualifications.
