Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our design-build playground projects.

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables to meet project goals.
    • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:
    • Manage project budgets and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to maintain cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Design Coordination:
    • Translate design vision into practical action by bridging gaps between architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams.
  • Site Oversight:
    • Supervise on-site implementation to ensure adherence to safety protocols, construction standards, and project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams; communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain project documentation including progress reports, installation logs, change orders, and compliance records.
  • Job Requirements:
    • Diploma/ Degree in Building, Construction, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in playground design, park development, or façade/construction projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project completion targets.
