Job Opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of design-build playground projects from planning to completion.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate design vision with architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams.
  • Supervise on-site implementation, ensuring safety protocols, construction standards, and project milestones are met.
  • Communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, installation logs, change orders, and compliance records.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Building, Construction, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in playground design, park development, or façade/construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project completion targets.
