Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and efficient professional to provide key support to our daily operations. This role involves providing administrative assistance, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and performing other duties as assigned by management.


Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into our system, maintaining accurate records and reporting as needed.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to prevent stockouts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the successful operation of our business.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Minimum Higher Nitec qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Age: 18-35 years old.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently and as part of a team, with prior experience in admin/sales support preferred.
  • Citizenship: Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Work on rotational basis.
