Job Title: Office Support Professional
The Office Support Professional plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting both administrative and hospitality functions.
This position involves overseeing pantry and stationery supplies, coordinating office maintenance and cleanliness, managing internal logistics, and supporting HR and event-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Supplies & Pantry Management: Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of stationery and pantry items. Ensure timely restocking and inventory control.
- Hospitality & Guest Relations: Serve tea and refreshments to guests and management as required. Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Coordinate festive office decorations for events.
- Administrative Support: Submit documents to the relevant authorities. Handle internal matters. Oversee office hygiene and cleanliness. Collect and distribute letters and manage office deliveries. Coordinate lunch orders for staff and visitors. Act as Meeting Room Coordinator. Manage mobile apps used internally. In charge of dispatch services and logistics. Handle access systems for office and school access. Filter and direct incoming calls and visitors as necessary.
- HR & Recruitment Support: Assist in arranging interviews. Update leave records and support HR administration tasks. Manage company accommodation and liaison with staff staying in the accommodation.
- Project & Event Management: Assist in planning and executing office projects and events. Key Requirements Include: Handling multiple tasks effectively, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills, and being able to identify and solve issues independently.
