Private Credit Investor - Developed Markets

Join a dynamic team focused on private credit and special opportunities investing in Developed Markets. We are looking for an AVP to support senior colleagues in deal evaluation, strategy, and risk projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy ; Develop a deep understanding of private credit investment strategy, monitor the private credit landscape for intelligence on systemic market drivers, sponsors, sectors, and companies.
  • Deal Evaluation ; Develop an independent view of deals and fund investments, opine on business quality, financial strength, and risk of capital loss, identify key risks and mitigants, and opine on risk-return.
  • Portfolio Management ; Monitor and evaluate performance of portfolio and fund investments, monitor comparable businesses, key themes, and disruption risks.
  • Risk Management ; Manage pricing and currency hedge cost models to set hurdle rates, stress test portfolio returns, and monitor concentration risks.

Requirements

  • Passion for credit investing
  • 5-8 years' experience with at least 3 years' buyside experience at direct lending firms, investment banks, merchant banks, or similar organizations
