Job Title: Senior Project Specialist Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer inquiries, conduct site surveys, and prepare proposals/designs.
  • Plan and schedule project activities, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee daily operations.
  • Liaise with customers for approvals, project updates, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor progress through site meetings and inspections, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports and ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation.
 Requirements:
  • Diploma or ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Project Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong initiative, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for customer service; prior experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural setting.
  • Willingness to travel for overseas assignments.
