Senior Manager Healthy Ageing Programmes Operations Contract Role

The Health Promotion Board is committed to creating a nation of healthier people. As a key member of our Healthy Ageing Division, you will play a vital role in driving strategies, developing, and implementing programmes to promote healthy ageing and improve the quality of life for seniors.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of frailty prevention strategies and programmes nationwide, targeting seniors at risk or showing early signs of frailty. This includes working with contractors and education partners to ensure the capability and performance of fitness instructors for efficient and effective programme delivery.
You will also be responsible for developing educational resources for frailty prevention beyond in-person programmes, with a focus on physical activity resources.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, and presentation skills to present ideas and concepts.
- Proven track record in managing and implementing community-based programmes.
In addition, relevant qualifications in sports and exercise science or related disciplines, a background in gerontology, education, and training, or relevant experience in these disciplines will be an added advantage.
