Job Title: Technical Project Lead

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of civil projects in Singapore. Your expertise in areas such as factory management, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate technical aspects of civil projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer satisfaction standards.
  3. Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a civil discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in supervision of civil projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in areas such as electrical, fabrication, access control, security management, and piping.
Preferred Skills:
  • Factory management.
  • Preventive maintenance.
  • Quality assurance.
