A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil and road projects. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board-recognized)
* At least 5 years' experience in road construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
* Valid Class 3 driving license; own transport is an advantage
