Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review, negotiation, and management of complex multi-party research collaboration agreements and project agreements.
  • Handle sophisticated research collaboration agreements with various stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management in contract development and execution.
  • Drive efficient contract processing while maintaining high standards of governance.

Additional duties include overseeing special projects within the Office of Research and drafting or reviewing ad-hoc research policies.
