Wellness Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting wellness and healthy living in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective wellness programs that meet the diverse needs of our community.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of program facilitators to promote patient engagement and participation.
  • Monitor program outcomes, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare providers, and local organizations to enhance program visibility and impact.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in Health Sciences (Health Management), Sports Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, community care, or wellness program management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with a passion for community service.
