We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at ET MARKETING PTE. LTD. in South West Work Location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to drive our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract the best talent in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our staffing requirements are met, while maintaining the highest quality of applicants for professional and management personnel.

The role involves assessing hiring needs, conducting initial interviews over the telephone and in person, reviewing applications and resumes, and determining recruiting strategies within budget.

A key aspect of this role is identifying successful candidate sourcing techniques, sourcing quality candidates that meet the hiring managers' needs, and ensuring the recruiting process is completed in a timely and effective manner while guaranteeing compliance with company policy and local labor regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to identify job requirements, fill their recruitment needs, and ensure they are apprised of progress towards securing the requested personnel.
  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes for professional and managerial positions.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Interviews, evaluates, and presents qualified candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the departmental interview with the appropriate hiring manager.
  • Provide initial screening interview notes for exempt and non-exempt candidates.
Reports:
  • Manage the resume tracking database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide weekly status reports giving detailed information on employment activity.
  • Keep detailed records of employment advertisements and ensure accurate information for advertisements.
  • Report on recruiting activities to management, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.
Back Office Tasks:
  • Conduct and/or oversee testing of applicants, reference checks, and pre-employment screening.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to avoid potential serious discrimination complaint consequences.
  • Secure the services of contract employment, following the same procedures as that for regular full-time employment.

Key Skills:

  • Targeted Selection Interviewing Certification or Behavioral/Competency Interviewing experience.

Soft Skills (Minimum):

  • Excellent Communication skills – written and oral.
  • Display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office.
  • Ability to take decisions in all kinds of situations.

  • Matured to carry out assessments.

Earnings: The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
