Job Description:
Reservations Officer
As a Reservations Officer at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, you will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations, and inputting them into the system. You will work closely with the Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all information relating to a reservation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone enquiries and accept reservations
- Input reservations into the system
- Work closely with Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements:
