Job Title: Frozen Seafood Night Shift Supervisor

Job Description

Frozen seafood processing is a complex process that requires skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the night shift operation and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Cutting, filleting, and portioning fish into specific sizes, shapes, or pieces as required by customer orders.
  • Removing bones, skin, and scales from fish while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to operate various cutting tools and machinery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCE 'N' Level academic qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in fish cutting, meat processing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various cutting tools and machinery.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of fish species, anatomy, and best practices for filleting and portioning.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
