Job Title : Night Shift Fish Supervisor

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Fish Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and packaging of frozen seafood products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of fish cutters and processors on night shift.

  2. Ensure that all fish products meet quality and safety standards.

  3. Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  4. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

  5. Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level academic qualification or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.

  • Proven track record of leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints.

  • Knowledge of fish species, anatomy, and best practices for filleting and portioning.

  • Certification in food safety and handling is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Work on a permanent night shift (10pm to 7am), 6-days week from Tuesdays to Sundays.

  • Ability to work in a very cold environment due to frozen seafood storage.
