We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced bartender to join our team

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service at the bar, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
  • Present menu/drinks list, answer inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage to guests.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage to guests according to established sequence and procedures.
  • Fully conversant with all aspects of the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to operation manual requirements.
  • Strive to satisfy all guests that patronize the outlet.
  • Take guest orders and serve items promptly without unnecessary delay.
  • Familiar with and have good knowledge of the outlet's menu and wine list.
  • Upsell beverages to increase revenue.
  • Report any difficulties or problems to supervisor/assistant manager for solution or follow-up actions.
  • Maintain par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.
  • Prepare mise-en-place according to requirement and operation needs.
  • Clean and reset counters or tables.
  • Prepare and serve all beverages as requested.
  • Assist in setting up/decorating the outlet according to theme during special promotions or occasions.
  • Maintain proper storage of beverages under appropriate temperature.
  • Ensure all glasses are well polished.
  • Assist in bar stock inventory and maintain accurate inventory record.
  • Submit request for replenishing beverage items in the bar.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a bar-related field is required for this position, specializing in food/beverage services.
  • Excellent bartending skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Well-developed knowledge of wines and other beverages.
  • Guest-driven and friendly, with strong communication skills.
  • Team player who values teamwork and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, motivated, passionate, and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
  • Good personal grooming and presentation.
