Job Overview

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife.

The reserve is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

  • Pre-Opening Phase:
  • - Perform stress tests on equipment, systems and processes; provide feedback on issues and gaps arising from tests.
  • - Conduct familiarisation and onboarding trainings for part-time team members.
  • - Support the team in coordinating deliveries and move-in of furniture, fittings and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attractions Operations:
  • - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the attractions including queue and crowd management, cleanliness and show quality.
  • - Deliver excellent guest experience, including managing guest feedback on-ground and addressing service lapses.
  • - Ensure all attractions operate in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
  • - Execute ideas to improve business growth, attraction enhancements, safety standards, guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • - Assist in training part-time team members to maintain high engagement, performance, safety and guest services.
  • - Perform ticketing and cash handling procedures.
  • - Assist with full-scale event logistics, venue setup and post-event teardown.
  • - Monitor guest areas to promptly clear used dining items during event days.
  • - Facilitate planned party activities and games.
  • - Plan and conduct interactive storytelling sessions.
Requirements
  • Prior customer service or attractions experience is an added advantage.
  • Service-driven, pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Good team player who can also work independently.
  • Physical fitness to endure long hours of standing.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
