Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and superstructure equipment
  • Perform scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc, oil filter/seal replacement, brake pads replacement, tyres replacement/rotation and component replacements
  • Test and calibrate vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Usage of diagnostic tools, special tools, equipment to ensure accurate and effective repair works
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification in heavy vehicle
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with scania truck all models
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
