Heavy Vehicle Technician
Job Description:">

The primary responsibility of a Heavy Vehicle Technician is to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and superstructure equipment.

Our team performs scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc, oil filter/seal replacement, brake pads replacement, tyres replacement/rotation and component replacements.

They test and calibrate vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently requires the usage of diagnostic tools, special tools, equipment to ensure accurate and effective repair works.

Maintenance records are meticulously kept of all repairs and maintenance activities by our team members.

Collaboration with the engineering team is crucial for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Achieving adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies is an essential requirement for this role.


Entry Requirements:

  • Technical qualification in heavy vehicle technology.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on Scania truck models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
