We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Admissions team on an ASAP – 21st March 2025 basis (extendable).
This role involves providing administrative assistance to the Admissions team, ensuring seamless communication with prospective students and parents, and maintaining confidentiality of student information in compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail.
About the Job:This temporary position offers the ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for processing student applications efficiently and accurately, communicating with prospective students and parents via phone, and preparing admissions materials, including brochures and application forms.
The hourly rate for this position is $12 per hour, and working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Student Application Processing: Process student applications for admissions efficiently and accurately.
- Communication with Prospective Students/Parents: Communicate with prospective students and parents via phone, providing information about the admissions process, deadlines, and requirements.
- Preparation of Admissions Materials: Prepare admissions materials, including brochures, application forms, and guides.
- Recruitment Event Coordination: Coordinate recruitment events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
