Hotel Housekeeping Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who can lead by example and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team, including planning and assigning work schedules, conducting quality control checks, and providing training and guidance to staff members. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and communicating with other departments to ensure seamless operation.
Additionally, they will assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures, and ensure that all standards and protocols are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a full-service hotel or mid-range hotel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
