BIM Project Coordination Specialist

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead our MEP project coordination team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling, clash detection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role involves developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, producing detailed drawings, and ensuring seamless integration of design and construction documentation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing BIM models for multiple projects.
  • Producing detailed shop drawings, section details, space management layouts, and plant room designs using Revit and CAD software.
  • Ensuring accurate clash detection and resolving design conflicts with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, BIM, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–12 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP projects (senior/assistant manager level).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Hands-on experience in MEP design, drafting, and coordination for commercial, healthcare, or large-scale projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction processes, project workflows, and MEP systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead coordination across multiple stakeholders.
