
Front-Line Receptionist

As a key member of our support team, we are seeking an experienced Reception Services Assistant to provide exceptional front-line services to visitors, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide general reception services, handle incoming telephone calls, and assist with administrative tasks such as stationery organization, first aid inventories, and receiving goods. Additional duties may include assisting students with matters such as latecomers, sick bay, early dismissal, lost and found items, and homework collection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
• Microsoft Excel: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to manage data and perform calculations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, students, and visitors.
• Arranging: Ability to arrange schedules and coordinate activities efficiently.
• Administration: Strong administration skills, including record-keeping, filing, and document management.
• Office Administration: Proficient in office administration, including phone handling, email management, and data entry.
• First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid techniques and procedures.
• Cashiering: Experience in handling cash transactions and managing petty cash.
• Administrative Support: Ability to provide administrative support to staff and management.
• Team Player: A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of service to visitors, staff, and students.
Disposition: Positive disposition and attitude towards providing excellent service.
