Job Overview:

This role involves the maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior. Key responsibilities include hands-on experience in building related repairs, mechanical and electrical systems management, and coordination with contractors.

  • Maintenance of building fittings and fixtures is essential. Regular upkeep and repairs ensure overall functionality of the building.
  • Coordination with contractors for Maintenance and certification of lifts and cranes is another key responsibility. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • General upkeep of buildings and surroundings is also an important aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering is required for this position.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance is necessary to be considered for this role.
  • Handson experience in building related repairs is a must.
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
