A dynamic and ambitious Executive Chef is sought to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. This pivotal role will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our rigorous standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the culinary team in developing innovative menus that showcase Asian cuisine.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures at all times.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Strong culinary skills, with expertise in Asian cuisine and ability to experiment with new ingredients and flavors.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Certificate of food hygiene course.
