About the Role:
  • Work closely with internal staff, vendors, and stakeholders to establish event requirements.
  • Manage event infrastructure, including venue setup, maintenance, and teardown.
  • Provide administrative support and execute all operations aspects for water polo events and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event registrations, membership database management, and volunteer recruitment.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure participant well-being.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Physical Education.
  • Experience in event management, preferably with a focus on water polo.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
