This role offers an exciting opportunity to scale our groundbreaking DeFi services across EMEA. As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in enhancing client relations and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Manage the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement with institutional clients.
  • Business Development: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across Asia, tailoring your approach to meet client needs.
  • Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Professional Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows.
  • At least 2 years of experience on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience, and at least 1 year within crypto institutional sales.
  • Strong connections within the crypto community and a proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills to effectively cover and service a diverse client base.
  • A clear track record of exceeding revenue goals and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
