Program Coordinator for Senior Services

 

This role focuses on supporting seniors through a variety of programs and services. If you have experience in eldercare or social services, are able to engage with seniors, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, this job is perfect for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of elderly residents within our designated service area.
  • Conduct community outreach, assess the needs of elderly individuals, and make referrals to appropriate services when necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to seniors, ensuring they adhere to health plans and recommendations.
  • Enrol new members, maintain accurate records, visitation notes, and compile data as required by stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in eldercare or social services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct operational roles, especially in eldercare, including program facilitation and needs assessment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with community partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
