About Our Company: ABBA MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is a leading provider of facility management services in Singapore.
We are looking for a skilled Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services. This includes resolving issues raised by the Customer Service and Billing team, conducting necessary checks, and following up with ground staff and Supervisors to ensure operational processes are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operations Team to develop and implement operational strategies;
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide input and details for tendering projects and quotations;
- Handle onboarding and hiring of team members under their management;
- Work with the Operations Team to improve processes, optimize schedules, and increase efficiency of tasks to drive business growth and profits;
- Support operational needs within the team and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned;
- Conduct site visits and handle quotations and tendering of jobs;
- Manage inventory lists and equipment to ensure client requirements are met;
- Manage Supervisors and ground staff to complete assigned ad-hoc tasks;
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field;
- 2 years of working experience is preferred;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Bonus if able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers;
- Full-Time position; ability to start immediately is preferred;
- Working Hours: 9am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday;
- Contactable out of working hours and standby to resolve urgent issues;
- Based in Singapore;
