Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to install, test, commission, and program security equipment in accordance with industry standards. The goal is to maintain high-quality engineering project results while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, commission, and program security equipment in compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to Sales and other departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for clients.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to design security systems and create building diagrams.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment, is also required. Additionally, candidates should have basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database, as well as experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems.

Candidates who have previously worked with Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems will have a clear advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a quick learning ability and strong focus on client service, are essential for success in this role.
