To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with high-level programming languages, such as Python
  • Familiarity with system administration, including Windows, Linux, AWS, and Kubernetes
  • Prior experience as a field engineer or customer success engineer is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to excel in a collaborative team setting
  • A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
