System Security Specialist

Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled System Security Specialist to lead our team's efforts in protecting and maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our systems from internal and external threats.

Required Skills

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including threat modeling, risk management, and incident response.
  • Proven experience with security frameworks, protocols, and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption methods.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing security, including identity and access management, data encryption, and secure data storage.
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
