• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles with a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and local market practices.
• Ability to work in complex situations and under pressure, with a strong network of customer and business relationships.

Key Performance Indicators
• Meet budget goals, including overall revenue and CM targets for specific services.
• Achieve minimum corporate CM targets from accounts.
• Meet regional AR targets and ensure full compliance in sales system input.
