Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and with quality.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives involving stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Establish detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field such as interior design or renovation.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as engineering, building, construction, or architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
