Job Responsibilities- Implement a customer-focused approach to increase clienteling performance.
- Elevate the quality of customer experience.
- Build client loyalty and sustain long-term relationships.
- Support effective management of the store's client portfolio.
- Contribute to the store's total sales performance.
- Supervise all clienteling activities of the store staff, defining a development plan for each Client Advisor.
- Perform weekly and monthly analysis to monitor store CRM performance.
- Assist the Store Manager in designing the CRM action plan, considering business needs and events.
- Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on clienteling and retail KPIs, providing individual development plans.
- Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, local clients retention, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement in-store new product launches, events, and client experiences.
- Ensure store staff is well-trained in using clienteling tools.
- Oversee local training materials and training sessions on CRM topics.
- Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients, growing the number and potential of this cluster.
- Collaborate with PR Department in managing celebrities and influencers.
- Work with Local Retail team to improve store performance.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends to enhance fashion sense of store staff.
- Promote growth of the store's customer community through event participation outside the shop.
