Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Store Manager who will take full ownership of the store's performance and be a daily brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, build strong customer relationships, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and personal experience to every customer – both parents and children alike.
  • Support customers with sizing, styling, and gifting suggestions, including guiding them through custom or personalized orders.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor and train the team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • Follow up with customers on pending orders, exchanges, personalization requests, or loyalty rewards to build long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level; additional retail or business management qualifications a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail or store management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
  • A calm, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, solve problems on the ground, and make day-to-day decisions.
  • Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Passionate about creating joyful shopping experiences in a children's lifestyle environment.
