Operations Crew Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operations Crew Member to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who wish to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families during their most vulnerable moments. As an Operations Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that families receive exceptional care and support during this challenging time.

  • To offer counsel and comfort to bereaved families
  • Collection and transportation of deceased
  • Provide assistance to family members during rites, rituals and funeral processions
  • Presentation of eulogies to family members on funeral day
  • Assistance with ash collection
  • Transportation of flowers, backdrop and other logistics required for the set up of wakes
  • Maintenance of cleanliness of Company vehicles, equipment and facilities
  • Implementation of operations for service excellence
  • Maintenance of quality control procedures
  • Projection of positive and professional image
  • Solution of problems and making decisions at operations level

About the Role:

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Class 3 or 4 driving license and Mandarin speaking skills.
