Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Operations Crew member to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families during their most challenging times.

As an Operations Crew member, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and care to bereaved families, while also ensuring the smooth execution of funeral services and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer counsel and comfort to bereaved families
  • Collection and transportation of deceased individuals
  • Provide assistance to family members during rites, rituals, and funeral processions
  • Present eulogies to family members on funeral days
  • Assist families with ash collection and transport flowers, backdrop, and other logistics required for wake setups
  • Maintain cleanliness of Company's vehicles, equipment, and facilities
  • Implement operations for service excellence and maintain quality control procedures
  • Project a positive and professional image
  • Solve problems and make decisions at operations level
Requirements:
  • Class 3 and/or 4 Driving License
  • Proficiency in using essential computer features
  • Mandarin speaking ability
