Compassionate Patient Care Provider Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Compassionate Patient Care Provider to deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall health and well-being of patients
  • Provide personalized, patient-focused care, including regular monitoring and lifestyle support
  • Administer medication and ensure timely meal consumption
  • Conduct routine medical assessments and physical health checks
  • Deliver medical and physical care during travel
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of nursing experience with a valid SNB registration
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
