Senior Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and management.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Create and present project proposals, encompassing pitching, planning, and execution phases.
  • Develop, oversee, and proactively track and manage progress against project milestone calendar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead event team members and volunteers, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout all phases of planning and execution.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and products for events and maintain proactive communication to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, accommodation arrangements, transportation, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Genuine passion for event planning and management, driven by a desire to create exceptional and memorable experiences for clients and attendees.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
