Senior Capital Projects Manager

A Senior Project Lead is required to manage capital projects in the Asia Region and achieve cost, scope, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead capital projects across multiple sites in the Asia Region with budgets between USD 1.0 Million to USD 50 Million.
- Develop and manage project execution strategies, identify activities, prepare schedules, evaluate risks, and determine resources necessary for successful implementation.
- Manage project teams to develop project proposals, design criteria; scope definition, cost estimates, and execution schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external standards, including Safety and EHS standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Mastery of project management skills, budgeting, cash flows, and personnel management.
- Registration as a professional engineer or equivalent certification desirable but not mandatory.
- Substantial large capital project experience and project management certification preferred.
- At least 12 years of overall working experience.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering functions, cost control systems, and scheduling techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management, team members, and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of unit operations such as Liquid Processing, Spray Drying, Nutritional Product Manufacturing systems.
