Job Opportunity

The Service Technician position is an exciting role that involves performing field service operations, including conducting scheduled and retrofits of automatic door components, troubleshooting, and carrying out site checks on automatic entrance systems. Additionally, this role entails providing site reports to clients, proposing upgrades and feasible solutions to clients' existing door entrances, maintaining assigned service vehicles, and staying updated on product information and technical know-how.

About the Role:

This role requires a professional who has completed NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field. Relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of automatic doors or similar systems is preferred. A Class 3 driving license is required, as well as safety boots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and retrofits of automatic door parts.
  • Carry out site checks on automatic entrance systems.
  • Provide site reports to clients.
  • Propose upgrades and feasible solutions to clients' existing door entrances.
  • Maintain assigned service vehicles.
  • Keep updated on product information and technical know-how.


Requirements:
  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of automatic doors or similar systems (e.g. lift, access control, gates, shutters, etc.) preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license is required
  • Safety boot is required.
