Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and work as a Maintenance Specialist. As part of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in office and factory common areas.

This includes restrooms, pantries, and other shared spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
